How to download files from sourceforge

It's very strange, but it seems that the secret way to manage sourceforge.net files without pain and blood is not revealed yet! I uploaded some files in my sourceforge project named blackwar . I want to connect to my projects folder in sourceforge.net using filezilla or gftp.
